Warriors Ink Franz to 2023-24 Recruiting Class

FREMONT, Neb. – Midland University head women's hockey coach Jason White has announced the addition of Kaylee Franz to this year's recruiting class. She will be joining the Warriors from Gretna, Manitoba.

For the past three seasons, Franz has been a goalie for the Pembina Valley Hawks organization, playing in the Manitoba Female Hockey League (MFHL). In 65 career games, she has earned 21 wins in net with a .912 save percentage and 2.76 goals against average.

"Kaylee is a very driven and focused athlete with a tireless work ethic," commented Coach White. "She is a technically sound goaltender that is very good at tracking the puck and can move laterally very quickly. Kaylee will be a great addition to our Warrior family."
