Warriors Opens Season with Fourth-Place Finish at Concordia Invitational

SEWARD, Nebraska – Midland University opened its season Saturday afternoon at the Concordia Invitational inside Friedrich Arena, competing against eight teams: Northwestern, Mount Marty, Concordia, MidAmerica Nazarene, Benedictine, Dordt, and Waldorf.

The Warriors placed fourth with a score of 75.87. The top three teams were all from the Great Plains Conference: Northwestern finished first with 83.37, Mount Marty was second with 78.18, and Concordia placed third with 77.

Midland will travel to Orange City, Iowa, to compete in the Northwestern Invite Friday, Feb. 13.
