2026 Collegiate Nationals Preview

NEW ORLEANS – Midland University's powerlifting program will compete against teams from across the country this week at the 2026 USA Powerlifting Collegiate Nationals. The Warriors will have 73 lifters in both the equipped and raw divisions as they aim to add to their impressive list of team and individual championships.

Since beginning competition in 2017, Midland has won 26 team titles and numerous individual championships.

Lifting begins Thursday, April 9, and continues through Sunday, April 12, at the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center in Kenner, La. A complete schedule and additional information, including links to live streaming on YouTube, can be found [HERE].
