Since taking over the position in 2021, she has led the Warriors to three top-three finishes at conference championships and earned the 2024 KCAC Coach of the Year award.

A native of Santa Maria, California, Dionisio graduated from the University of Jamestown in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, and in 2021 with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. On the mat, she was a two-time conference finalist, earned a KCAC Championship in 2019, was a two-year captain, and a two-time U23 Nationals All-American.

As a coach, she helped recruit and guide the Jimmies to back-to-back conference titles that included several individual champions. In 2020, the team finished 3rd at the WCWA Nationals and had a total of seven All-Americans. She also spent time assisting Team North Dakota in preparation for the Fargo National Tournament. In 2021, she led Jamestown to a KCAC championship while Midland finished as the runner-up.

Outside of coaching the Warriors, Dionisio volunteers with Nebraska USA wrestling as a 16U and junior age-level coach, all while taking care of her daughter, Ramsie.
