Groninga Named to CSC Academic All-America First Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the 2026 Academic All-America® Softball Teams for NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA on Tuesday. Midland University's Mackenzie Groninga was named to the NAIA First Team following her sophomore season.

Groninga was one of five student-athletes selected to the NAIA Academic All-America® Softball Team who maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA in their undergraduate or graduate studies.

The NAIA Academic All-America® program is financially supported by the NAIA national governance structure to assist CSC with administering the awards and recognition program.
