"While we didn't start the year how we wanted to with a couple of tough losses at the beginning of conference, I'm very happy with how the team was able to bounce back and play better every match," commented head coach Ari Lumanog. "We had three players come back from a year without competing, so I am very proud of how they were able to adjust and how the team as a whole performed towards the end of this season, especially in the upset against CSM."
With the split on the day, Midland concludes its season after advancing to the conference semifinals.
