Midland Indoor Track Season Concludes with All-American Honors for Hardy

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Midland University concluded its indoor season at the NAIA Indoor Championships in Gainesville, Florida, on Saturday. More than 1,000 athletes from NAIA member schools gathered at the Alachua County Sports and Events Center to compete in various events throughout the weekend.

Krista Hardy was named an All-American for the second time — her first in indoor competition — after finishing eighth in the high jump with a leap of 1.61 meters.

Sara Diew placed 11th in the weight throw with a mark of 16.85 meters.

Hardy also tied for eighth in the high jump with a jump of 1.61 meters.
